To serve children by promptly and courteously attending to the personnel needs of each District employee.

• Continue to support the Beginning Teacher Support & Assessment (BTSA) Program that offers a dynamic mentor program for new teachers in the district.
• Establish employee evaluation standards based upon the California Standards for the Teaching Profession.
• Provide adequate substitutes to support staff development activities.
